The carcols.ymt file in the download has a typo in the Haiateaa plate section, FontColor has one additional 0, which throws up an OIV error and doesn't let you save the file. Every other plate is fine though.
I am sure you'd find out and fix the problem with the 2.4 release, but gauntlet3 and gauntlet4 modkits are mixed up:
Hellfire is using Classic's tuning parts (liveries for both are present on Hellfire which is interesting) while Classic does not have any and spawns with odd colors.
I had VELP installed alongside it, but after removing VWE the problem was gone, so it's not mod conflict.
