@orangebrains a new version of mapeditor was just released and fixed my performance issues. I was getting 120+ without maps, and went to 30 with maps. The new update fixed my problem :)
@Guadmaz I'm getting some weird performance issues with this, I had my settings on the best my pc can do (basically very high on all settings) running at a solid 65fps. I install this and 1 map and my fps goes all the way to 30. I then lower my settings to normal and get 120+ fps, then install the one map and go all the way down to 30. It cant be that one map cause it only puts like 30 objects down. Message me if you would know the solution
