SDF-1 from the 1982 Anime Series The Super Dimensional Fortress Macross.
History: The SDF-1 Macross, humanity's first super-dimensional fortress, began as a crashed alien warship (Zentradi or Supervision Army) discovered on Earth in 1999, leading to a decade of reverse-engineering its powerful "OverTechnology" by U.N. Spacy, which birthed the Macross series and the iconic transforming battleship capable of carrying a city within its hull, becoming humanity's central vessel in the Space War I against the Zentradi.
